Beach Valet ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal data when you use the Beach Valet mobile application and related services.

Payment Information
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your credit card number, CVV, or full card details. We retain only the transaction amount, tip, and a reference ID provided by Stripe.
Location Information (Workers Only)
Workers using the Beach Valet app may manually drop a GPS pin to indicate the beach setup location for a service job. This location is used solely to coordinate service delivery and is not collected continuously or in the background.
Device Information
We collect a push notification token from your device to send you booking confirmations and real-time service status updates. This token is not used for advertising.

On our website (beachvaletservices.com), we use Meta’s advertising tools, the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API, to measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to visits and bookings. Our iOS and Android apps do not use these tools.
When it applies. These tools only run on our website if you choose “Allow” in our privacy choices banner. They stay off if you choose “Don’t allow,” and they always stay off if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. We treat a GPC signal as a request to opt out.
What is shared with Meta. The pages you view on our website; that you started checkout; and, after Stripe confirms your payment, that a booking or grocery reservation was completed, with the amount paid in U.S. dollars. Technical information is also shared: your IP address, browser type, and Meta’s own browser cookie identifiers (_fbp and _fbc).
What is never shared with Meta. Your name, email address, phone number, property address, condo or unit number, gate code, gear description, grocery list, notes, or any card or payment details. We do not send hashed (scrambled) versions of your email or phone either.
Meta processes this information under its own Privacy Policy and may use it to measure and improve ads, including ads shown to you. We do not sell your personal information for money.
Change your choice at any time using the “Your Privacy Choices” link at the bottom of our web pages, or this button. Your choice is saved in this browser.
You can also manage how Meta uses information for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
We retain your account and booking information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls to protect your information. Passwords are hashed and are never stored or viewable in plain text.
Beach Valet is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
