Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Beach Valet mobile applications and website (the "Service"), operated by Beach Valet Services LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Beach Valet," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Beach Valet operates a service marketplace that connects customers with independent workers who provide beach concierge labor — hauling, setting up, and breaking down the customer's own beach gear at their property or resort.
Beach Valet does not rent, sell, provide, reserve, or furnish beach chairs, umbrellas, tents, or other equipment. All items handled by a Beach Valet worker must be the customer's own personal property. Beach Valet provides labor and coordination only — it is a concierge labor marketplace, not an equipment rental company.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from the Account section of the app, which permanently removes your account and profile data.
Customers book service days through the app by selecting a property, date(s), and the amount of gear to be handled. Payments are processed securely through Stripe at the time of booking. Pricing, available dates, and load definitions are shown in the app before you confirm a booking.
Hurricane prep is booked and paid for one trip at a time: moving balcony furniture inside a condo unit before a storm, or putting it back out afterward. Hurricane prep is offered for condo units only; houses, townhomes, and yard or patio furniture are not included. Hurricane prep bookings are final sale.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Workers who fulfill bookings through Beach Valet are independent contractors, not employees of Beach Valet Services LLC. Workers who join the platform go through an identity and background screening process before they are approved to accept jobs. Beach Valet coordinates job assignment and payouts but does not direct the manner in which independent contractors perform their work beyond the service standards described in the app.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by providing false information, attempting to circumvent payments, harassing workers or customers, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beach Valet Services LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damage to or loss of personal property handled during a service visit beyond the value of the service fee paid, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
