Cancellations
All bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations made by 11:00 PM Central the night before your service date may be eligible for a credit toward a future booking, at our discretion. Hurricane prep is final sale. See our refund & cancellation policy for details.
Daily Service
Setup + Breakdown
$60/day per load
Maximum 4 chairs per $60 load. We will not take more than 4 chairs on a single load. For 5–8 chairs book 2 loads, for 9–12 chairs book 3 loads, and so on.
One load is a full family beach day: a tent, 4 chairs, a cooler and a wagon — or 4 umbrellas, 4 chairs, a small cooler and beach bags. That's about twice what a standard 2-chair, 1-umbrella rental covers. We pick it up at your door, carry it down to the sand and have it set up before you get there, then break it down and bring it back every evening.

Every area is $60/day per load. In 30A and Miramar Beach, add $30/day per load if your property reaches the sand by stairs or an elevated walkover, since every load is carried up and down by hand. Extra loads are billed at the same rate as your area.
Before you book: We always set up at the beach access closest to your property. Some private beach accesses restrict tents and wagons, so check your property's beach rules before booking. If the closest access has stairs or an elevated walkover and the box isn't checked, your Beach Valet will photograph it and we'll charge the card you booked with $30/day per load. We'll email you the photo.
